PARTY INFORMATION & GUIDELINES

DECORATIONS 

Please No Glitter or Confetti of any kind. Also No taping or pinning decorations to the walls. Any damages due to above will be included in the balance due.

HEADCOUNTS

Please confirm headcount one week prior to event or as soon as possible

  • Garden Room Min 25 Max 40 Guests
  • Chateau room Min 35 Max 60 Guests
  • Grand Veranda Min 75 Max 125 Guests

OCCASION CAKE 

Some packages include Occasion Cake. Please confirm one week prior.

Choose Cake: Vanilla Cake (Yellow Cake), or Chocolate Cake
Choose Filling: Chocolate Pudding, Canoli, Vanilla Pudding, Strawberry, Choc Mouse, Lemon or Choc Fudge
Choose Icing: Whipped Cream, Chocolate Whipped Cream, or Butter Cream
Choose Inscription and color: ie: pink and white

SEATING 

We can set the room to your liking if you have specific tables. If you have specific tables you just need to tell us how many guests at each table: example: table 1 = 8 people, table 2 = 10 people (we will put a framed table number on each table and then you will be responsible for telling your guests as they arrive which table you want them to sit at... sometimes parties choose to have a guest list written on a board as you enter other times they choose to direct guests based on a guest list. We do not supply seating cards OR YOU CAN HAVE OPEN SEATING. this means we will set round tables according to your headcount. .

ALCOHOL 

21 years or older. Please review Party Packages for Alcohol package options: ie: Run a check, Open Bar, Offer Beer & Wine per person etc.

CENTERPIECES 

We do not supply center pieces. However, Balloons and or Flowers look great on the tables. We suggest 5 or 6 balloons per centerpiece (just remember to ask the store to put balloons on weights so they do not get tangled and remain safely in the center of the table). Flower center pieces also look lovely in the room. We recommend Bassett Flowers next door. Please note: All decorations need to be removed from the room following the event. (Please do not pop balloons inside the restaurant).

LINENS 

Table Linen color is Ivory but you can choose napkin color. Choose: Ivory, Pink, Baby Blue, Black, Burgundy, Green, Purple, Navy or Gold.

SETUP

Events starting at 11:30/12:00 Set up time is 11 am.
OR if you prefer you can set up the night before after we close at approx 9:30/10pm. (call before you come over)
Events that start after 2:00 pm can arrive 1 hour prior to set up.

PAYMENT 

We accept Cash or Check Only for deposit and final payment.
All deposits are non refundable but can be applied to another event if party needs to be moved.
